We are locally owned and operated fitness facility. We are Family friendly and strive to make our facility comfortable for everyone. We have been in business since June 2010 and continue to find ways to improve and grow. Our Facility is on Main Street next to IFA and Greer's Hardware Store. With 16,000 square feet there is something for everyone. We are a Certified Hammer Strength Facility, we also have a variety of other equipment, 12 minute Tanning Beds, Over 30 Group Classes included in all memberships, Awesome Kids Club with Custom Soft Play, Locker Rooms and Supplement to purchase at the front desk.

    

     We offer a variety of membership options. We offer great options including, Single Visit Pass, 1 Week Pass, 12 Visit Punch Pass, High School, Young Adult, 1 month, 1 Year +,  and 2 Year + plans.     Our Future plans are as exciting as our past. We are always looking to improve and give the community more options.
