RESULTS GYM CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CYCLING:  Our Cycling class, usually 45 to 50 minutes in duration, involves riding a stationary bicycle while listening to exhilarating music and voice commands from the instructor as one rides through simulated terrains such as flat countryside, hills and valleys, and mountains.

 

HIGH FITNESS:  It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with pop music, and intense easy-to-follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

HIIT:  HIIT is a full-body workout held in our Training Center. The class is a tough interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

KICK-FIT:  Kick Fit is a high energy class that combines cardio kickboxing and the opportunity to practice your skills with gloves and kick pads.  It builds stamina, improves coordination, and strengthens muscles.  It’s a fun and empowering class for all skill levels!

MIXED TAPE:  A compilation of your favorite group fitness classes. Different every week. 

RIPPED:  You’ll get R.I.P.P.E.D following this format of Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and reminder of the importance of Diet. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.

 

RUMBLE:  Rumble is an authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment!  

SCULPT:  Sculpt is a format that uses a barbell and step. It is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Sculpt gives you a total body workout.

 

SENIOR FIT & SENIOR STRENGTH:  Our Senior Classes focus on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

STEP-IT:  Step-It is a simplified, modernized, energized step aerobics class.  The new face of step aerobics.

SURGE FIT:  SURGE FIT is the energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High intensity cardio tracks that push fat burning systems into high gear are intertwined with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results. Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate and muscles surging to push you to your personal best.

SWAY DANCE FITNESS:  Sway Dance Fitness is a super fun and energetic class using simple and repetitive dance moves from all different genres, set to music we know and love. Ranging from low intensity to higher intensity, this class is easy on the body and brain and will keep you coming back for more!

UPBEAT BARRE:  Upbeat Barre is a toning, body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

ZUMBA:  Zumba class is a combination of dance and fitness moves done to a background of exhilarating, international rhythms. . The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.   It feels more like a party than an exercise class.
